What causes dry itchy skin and how can Natrabalm help?
There are many factors that can cause dry skin. – Winter weather. When the temperature drops so does the humidity. Dry winter air strips your skin of moisture. Also, turning up your central heating at home in the winter can dry your skin. Natrabalm helps to replace the lost moisture from your skin and also leaves a natural barrier to prevent further moisture loss. Hot baths and steamy showers can also be responsible for washing away the natural oils in your skin. Natrabalm has a much higher fully natural oil content than other products on the market. These natural oils help to replenish your dry skin and replace the oil lost after bathing. The sun will also make your skin dry and itchy. Too much sun and UV rays will dry the skin and of course burn the skin. Always use a good sunscreen with a high UV factor. Natrabalm can however help to repair damaged skin often caused by the sun. Dry, itchy skin is often a sign of Eczema (often called atopic dermatitis). Natrabalm is not a cure for atopic dermatitis but effectively moisturises and soothes dry sensitive skin. The cream is also excellent for calming itchiness. Its soothing effect breaks the itch-scratch-itch cycle and by preventing the itch, Natrabalm can also help prevent bacteria from penetrating beneath the skin when it has been damaged by scratching.
Is Natrabalm safe to use on children?
Natrabalm is safe to use on children aged 3 or over.
If I buy Natrabalm will I be entered into a contract to purchase more items?
Please be assured you will never be entered into any contracts to continue buying Natrabalm or any other products from this web site or other Unique Natural Products websites. You will only be charged for the products that you have ordered. You will not be charged any other additional costs.
How often should I use Natrabalm?
This is a difficult question to answer as our skin types are all different. We recommend that you use Natrabalm whenever you have dry skin and when you feel your skin starting to itch. Within a short amount of time you should feel a noticeable calming effect. Repeat as and when necessary or after you have washed the area to which you had applied the cream.
Fragrance free, what does this mean?
The term ‘fragrance free’ means that no ingredients have been added to mask the natural smell of the product. Natrabalm is ‘fragrance free’ as we do not add any perfume to the formulation. Natrabalm has a natural aroma of the natural ingredients used to make the product. This aroma is not unpleasant and quickly disappears once applied. Adding perfumes can of course make a product smell nice but they also contain sensitisers. Sensitisers are allergens and perfumes contain hundreds of allergens. Natrabalm is 100% natural and sensitiser free the way nature intended.
Where on my body can I use Natrabalm?
Natrabalm cream is safe to use on external skin anywhere on the body as often as required. Please be careful when applying Natrabalm around the eyes avoiding contact with the eye.
Can I try a sample first?
Unfortunately we are no longer selling samples. We find that you can not get the full efficacy of Natrabalm with a small sample. Some may experience great results after just one tiny application whilst other may need to use the product for much longer to notice the full effects.
